de definici\u00f3n de perfiles, reclutamiento, selecci\u00f3n, calificaci\u00f3n, inducci\u00f3n, capacitaci\u00f3n, evaluaci\u00f3n, promoci\u00f3n, ascenso y reasignaci\u00f3n del personal, en coordinaci\u00f3n con las unidades org\u00e1nicas y las pol\u00edticas de la Municipalidad; as\u00ed como en concordancia con las normas y dispositivos legales vigentes.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i basado en las necesidades de cada \u00e1rea.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span comprendidos en el D.L N\u00ba 20530 y D.L. N\u00ba 19990.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"far fa-calendar-check\"><\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">Desarrollar programas de car\u00e1cter educativo, cultural, recreativo y deportivo, de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, de bienestar y asistencia social, que promuevan la integraci\u00f3n, participaci\u00f3n y compromiso del personal y sus familiares directos.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"far fa-calendar-check\"><\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">Proponer y desarrollar programas preventivos de Seguridad e Higiene ocupacional, orientado a reducir los niveles de riesgo en el trabajo.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"far fa-calendar-check\"><\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">Presentar y desarrollar planes y programas alternativos para una adecuada administraci\u00f3n salarial, evaluaci\u00f3n del rendimiento y prestaci\u00f3n de servicios sociales a nivel institucional, a fin de mantener una estructura remunerativa t\u00e9cnica coherente.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"far fa-calendar-check\"><\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">Dirigir y controlar los Programas que eval\u00faen el clima y cultura organizacional, incluyendo factores psicosociales del trabajo, a fin de determinar su impacto y mejorar la productividad laboral.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"far
